Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) in Jackson, KY

Schedule & Hours:

• Night shifts: 3x12-hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Standard schedule of 36/48 hours per two-week period

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC RN experience
• Experience with Medical Surgical/Telemetry or ICU; comfortable with 1:4 nurse-patient ratios
• Active Kentucky or compact RN license
• AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH Stroke certifications required
• Proficient in Meditech EMR
• Driver’s license required
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
• Flexibility for bi-weekly orientation and rapid assignment confirmation

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, compassionate care to patients with complex, acute needs in an LTAC setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress using telemetry and Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Engage in best-practice interventions across various acuities; adapt to changing assignments as needed
