Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry | Kansas City, Kansas

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Holiday shifts as required
• No on-call requirement

As a Telemetry Registered Nurse in a busy cardiac step-down environment, you’ll provide specialized care for acute cardiac patients recovering from invasive procedures, managing chest pain, and experiencing medical conditions such as sepsis or medication titration. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced technology like GE heart monitors and Masimo vital sign machines, supported by a collaborative team of RNs and patient care techs.

Qualifications:

• Current KS RN license required
• ACLS & BLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of hospital RN experience
• TR band experience required
• BSN preferred (ADN considered if willing to pursue BSN within 5 years)

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience with acute cardiac patient care
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
