Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Telemetry or Cardiac Monitoring unit
  • Demonstrated proficiency with cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry equipment
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong patient assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and reporting arrhythmias or acute changes
  • Deliver safe, compassionate patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in electronic medical records
  • Administer medications, monitor IVs, and provide post-surgical or post-procedure care as needed
  • Patient and family education regarding treatment plans, care procedures, and discharge instructions

$1,864 - $2,039/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
