Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment, full-time hours

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in a Med Surg or Telemetry nursing role
• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and patient assessment
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Exceptional teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Telemetry and Med Surg units
• Conduct assessments, monitor vitals, and interpret telemetry readings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and progress
• Respond promptly to changes in patients’ conditions and collaborate with providers for effective interventions
