Desired Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a telemetry or step-down unit
• Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, and telemetry procedures
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced or high-acuity environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adults with cardiac and complex medical conditions in a telemetry setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, identify arrhythmias, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop and modify care plans
• Administer prescribed medications, perform assessments, and document clinical findings accurately
• Serve as a resource for patients and family members regarding health status and education
