Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and continuous cardiac monitoring to patients in the Telemetry unit.
• Assess patient conditions, report changes, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer prescribed medications and manage complex IV infusions.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms, recognize changes promptly, and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulations and healthcare standards.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout their hospital stay.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• Recent experience in Telemetry or progressive care nursing.
• Proficient in EKG interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred).
