Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Tele nursing
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and patient advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, high-quality nursing care to patients on Med-Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor, assess and interpret telemetry readings and respond to cardiac changes
• Administer medications and manage IV lines as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Provide patient and family education, ensuring understanding of care instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
