Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or RN-Tele units
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for fast-paced, diverse environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor, interpret, and document patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and responses to interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health staff, and family members
• Administer medications and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes
