Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license

• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and compassionate nursing care to patients on telemetry units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring timely intervention for any changes
• Accurately document and communicate patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform related technical skills following established protocols
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and quality improvement guidelines
