Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, unencumbered RN license in applicable state
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability and capability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions, swiftly reporting any changes
- Administer prescribed treatments, IVs, and medications accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in care coordination
- Educate patients and their families on conditions and care plans
- Document all patient interactions and clinical interventions thoroughly
- Respond effectively to emergencies, maintaining composure and clinical standards
