Key Details:

• Rotating shifts available (Days and Nights)
• 13-week assignment

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Experience in Med Surg and Telemetry settings
• BLS certification required
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination (with medical/religious exemptions considered under facility guidelines)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care while floating between Med Surgical and Telemetry units based on staffing needs
• Monitor, assess, and document vital signs and patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the continuum of care
• Ensure all care and documentation meets professional and regulatory standards
