Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) in Lebanon, NH

Schedule Details:

• Rotating shifts
• Day and night shifts available

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Float Pool environments preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination necessary in accordance with facility guidelines (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple units, including Medical-Surgical and Telemetry
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition
