Essential Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, interpretation of arrhythmias, and rapid response protocols
• Experience floating to MedSurg units preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care for adult telemetry patients, including continuous cardiac monitoring, assessment, and intervention
• Float to the MedSurg unit when necessary, adapting quickly to various patient populations and workloads
• Administer medications, implement physician orders, and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans
• Provide education, support, and compassion to patients and their families
• Uphold best practices and facility protocols to ensure patient safety and care outcomes
