Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
• At least one year of Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Adaptability to new environments and electronic medical records systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with cardiac monitoring needs
• Assess, monitor, and document patient progress and respond swiftly to clinical changes
• Administer medications, assist with procedures, and coordinate care alongside physicians and allied health professionals
• Educate patients and families about care plans and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards of practice
