Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing clinical environment
• Experience monitoring cardiac patients and administering appropriate interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, closely monitor telemetry readings, and quickly respond to changes in patient status
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Document nursing care accurately using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient-centered care throughout every shift
