Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry - New Britain, Connecticut

You’ll build your nursing expertise in a Telemetry unit, providing hands-on care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and interventions. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to hone specialized skills, especially in managing cardiac drips, and to work alongside highly skilled teams. Schedule:

• 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Telemetry experience required
• Proficiency with cardiac drips, including amiodarone and Cardizem
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work efficiently in acute settings

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions, utilizing advanced telemetry equipment
• Administer and titrate cardiac medications and drips safely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Document patient responses and care interventions accurately
• Support a patient-centered environment, ensuring safety and comfort throughout every shift

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
