Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Indiana or multi-state compact (must be attached to resume)
• Two to five years of recent Telemetry/LTAC nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association required; must be attached to submission)
• Proficient in vent/trach care
• Strong clinical judgment and experience working with EMRs
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and maintain accurate patient records
• Delegate responsibilities according to staff abilities and experience
• Practice under state Nurse Practice Act and facility policy
• Guide and support other staff members in high-acuity care
