Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Indiana or multi-state compact (must be attached to resume)
- Two to five years of recent Telemetry/LTAC nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association required; must be attached to submission)
- Proficient in vent/trach care
- Strong clinical judgment and experience working with EMRs
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and maintain accurate patient records
- Delegate responsibilities according to staff abilities and experience
- Practice under state Nurse Practice Act and facility policy
- Guide and support other staff members in high-acuity care
