Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license, in good standing, for Tennessee or compact states
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Telemetry or Med Surg nursing
- BLS and ACLS Certification (AHA preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in Telemetry and Med Surg units
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR
