Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
  • Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry equipment
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess patient cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes and potential emergencies
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding cardiac conditions, procedures, and recovery
  • Document all patient care activities thoroughly and accurately in medical records
  • Uphold infection control, confidentiality, and safety standards at all times
  • Participate in shift hand-offs, staff meetings, and continuous improvement activities

$1,864 - $2,039/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
