Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent telemetry nursing experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of EKG interpretation and cardiac rhythms
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (through AHA)
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
- Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities
- Adaptable to dynamic work environments
Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple cardiac patients, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy
