Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs in a Telemetry unit
- Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff
- Administer medications, perform interventions, and respond to emergencies with critical thinking
- Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac care and discharge planning
- Maintain meticulous nursing documentation and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license valid in South Carolina (or compact states)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Telemetry or acute care
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment, multitasking, and communication skills
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not required
