• Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac care and discharge planning
• Maintain meticulous nursing documentation and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license valid in South Carolina (or compact states)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Telemetry or acute care
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, multitasking, and communication skills
