This full-time Cardiac Tele RN assignment (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) promises exceptional opportunities for growth as you care for a dynamic patient population on a high-acuity cardiac floor. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians, utilize state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, and gain invaluable experience with post-procedural cardiac care, medication titration, and more. Weekend coverage is required every third weekend, including both Saturday and Sunday; holiday coverage is also part of the experience, giving you the chance to learn from diverse staffing models and leadership approaches.

Schedule:

• Full Time, Nights: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Every third weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• No on-call requirement

Role Highlights:

• Direct care for acute cardiac conditions, chest pain, and patients requiring complex titration (e.g. Tikosyn, Sotalol)
• Monitor and assess patients using advanced GE heart monitors and Masimo technology
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based protocols
• Delegate and coordinate with 1–2 patient care techs per shift
• Play a key part in a unit that supports learning, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Active KS RN license required
• ACLS & BLS certifications required
• TR band experience necessary
• At least 1 year of inpatient RN experience
• BSN preferred (ADN considered with agreement to obtain BSN within 5 years)
