Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care for patients in the telemetry unit, including cardiac monitoring and detailed patient assessments.
- Administer medications and therapies, following physician orders and best practices.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing changes and reporting abnormalities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, post-hospital care, and discharge planning.
- Document all interventions, assessments, and communications accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards within the unit.

Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license.
- Extensive experience in Telemetry or Progressive Care nursing settings.
- Proficiency in cardiac monitoring technology and recognition of arrhythmias.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

$1,864 - $2,039/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
