Schedule/Hours
- Full-time, night shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
Professional Responsibilities
- Apply the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care in a cardiac telemetry unit
- Maintain accountability for all aspects of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate cohesive care plans
- Evaluate and supervise the effectiveness of patient care provided by colleagues
- Uphold confidentiality and protect patient rights at all times
- Document care accurately using EPIC EMR
Qualifications/Experience
- Current RN license in Missouri
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a cardiac telemetry or similar setting
- Demonstrable competency in patient assessment, plan of care development, and evaluation
- Professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to excellence
- Black scrubs required per dress code
