Schedule:

Key Qualifications:
- Active Missouri RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- At least one year of recent RN experience in cardiac telemetry or related setting
- Strong commitment to patient safety, advocacy, and confidentiality
- Professional, accountable, and adaptable in a fast-paced care environment
- Epic EMR experience (preferred but not required)
- Black scrubs required for this unit
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld at all times
- Coordinate care in collaboration with physicians and various hospital departments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and supervise care provided by other team members
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
