Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in Med Surg and Telemetry units
- Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Open to contract positions with strong adaptability to new environments
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry settings
- Accurately monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, responding appropriately to changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate individualized patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and post-discharge care
- Maintain precise documentation in electronic medical records
