Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients requiring cardiac telemetry
• Administer medications and manage IVs in accordance with physician orders
• Analyze telemetry data, communicate changes in patient status to medical staff
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health specialists
• Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and post-discharge care

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and monitoring equipment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
