Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic clinical settings

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess cardiac patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications and interventions in accordance with physician orders and protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding cardiac conditions and treatment plans
• Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations
