Required Skills & Experience:

• Valid RN license, eligible to practice in Tennessee
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Telemetry or Med Surg nursing
• Proven ability to work independently and adapt to new clinical environments
• Advanced cardiac monitoring and assessment skills (for Telemetry)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in Telemetry and Med Surg units
• Monitor patient status, including telemetry and vital signs, and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families, providing support throughout the care process
• Accurately document all interventions and patient progress
