Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess Telemetry patients, responding promptly to clinical changes
• Perform detailed cardiac rhythm interpretation and documentation
• Deliver medication and treatments according to provider orders and protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and continuing care
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and follow safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Recent experience in a Telemetry unit required
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and interpretation
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
