Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- Telemetry nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to Telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and EKG changes
- Administer medications and interventions according to physician orders
- Educate patients and families on management and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies
- Respond promptly to cardiac events and critical changes
