• Active and unrestricted RN license

• Proficient with telemetry equipment, cardiac monitoring, interpreting rhythms, and recognizing arrhythmias
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly in urgent situations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and record vital signs and cardiac rhythms for patients requiring continuous telemetry
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education regarding conditions, treatment, and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient records
