Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care on Med Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, intervening promptly as needed
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Ensure accurate documentation in line with facility protocols and regulatory requirements
• Adapt seamlessly to different electronic health record systems and facility workflows

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state or compact)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry and/or Med Surg settings
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in new clinical environments
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
