Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care on Med Surg and Telemetry units
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, intervening promptly as needed
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
- Ensure accurate documentation in line with facility protocols and regulatory requirements
- Adapt seamlessly to different electronic health record systems and facility workflows
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry and/or Med Surg settings
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in new clinical environments
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
