Required Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license (state-specific)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Ventilator management experience preferred
- COVID vaccination and boosters preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the Telemetry unit
- Provide direct care within scope of RN practice
- Document and communicate changes in clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring and interpretation of diagnostic results
- Serve as a resource for patient and family education, ensuring understanding of treatment and care plans
- Guide and supervise nursing support personnel while maintaining unit standards
- Respond swiftly and accurately to patient care changes or emergencies, ensuring optimal outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
