Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least one year of recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) required
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and patient assessment
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
• Current BLS/ACLS certification (as required)

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess cardiac patients and telemetry equipment with precision
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Interpret telemetry readings, reporting changes immediately to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health colleagues to deliver integrated care
• Document patient status, treatments, and response efficiently and accurately
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
