Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current RN license, valid in New York State or compact license applicability
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
• Proven ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and work with telemetry monitoring systems
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication abilities
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide direct, evidence-based care to patients on a telemetry unit
• Monitor patient cardiac statuses and respond efficiently to changes and critical events
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary care teams to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
