Qualifications:

• Active RN license (New York State or compact, as applicable)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and identify changes promptly
• Assess and document patient status, implementing appropriate interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up needs
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility policies
