Required Skills & Experience:

• Active RN license
• Two years of recent experience in Telemetry, Medical Surgical, and/or Tele units
• Strong clinical assessment abilities and experience with cardiac monitoring
• Proficiency in EHR charting and care documentation
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position with flexible assignments based on facility needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor patient conditions and interpret telemetry data
• Administer medications, implement treatment plans, and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and best practices
