Qualifications:

• Valid and active RN license, eligible to practice in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification required
• Proficient with cardiac monitoring, interpretation of rhythms, and telemetry equipment
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit
• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and treatments
