Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) in Warrenton, MO

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours weekly, guaranteed
• Must be available to work Memorial Day and 4th of July weekend/day
• Weekend, holiday, and call coverage as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license in Missouri
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telemetry nursing
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR or ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable with floating as needed
• Collaborative personality and proactive communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to cardiac telemetry patients, monitoring and interpreting rhythms
• Execute individualized care plans in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EPIC
• Engage in multidisciplinary rounds, patient education, and clinical handoffs
• Uphold high standards of patient safety and privacy
• Comply with black scrub dress code
