Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Missouri
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or Cardiac Tele
• Commitment to preserving patient confidentiality and upholding patient rights
• Strong evaluative skills and the ability to coordinate care with other departments
• Professional, accountable mindset; dedication to delivering compassionate patient care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care using the nursing process for Cardiac Telemetry patients
• Coordinate and communicate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of care provided by peers and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and use EPIC EMR efficiently
• Uphold strict patient confidentiality standards
