Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in New York, or compact state eligibility
• Experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, and/or Tele required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and protocols

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly identifying any changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, document interventions, and provide patient and family education
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for patients and colleagues
