Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license, in good standing, with eligibility for practice in New York
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac and other telemetry readings, recognizing and responding to changes swiftly
• Deliver patient-focused care by implementing and evaluating nursing plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and ongoing health maintenance
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
