Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Missouri
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry or Cardiac Care
• Proficient in implementing the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care
• Ability to uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times
• Strong collaborative and coordination skills across multiple departments
• Must wear black scrubs in keeping with department standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, accountable patient care to a diverse cardiac population
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate plans of care for assigned patients
• Monitor the effectiveness of care provided by other staff, offering feedback and support
• Coordinate seamless patient care with various departmental teams
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic patient records
