Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) in West Hartford, CT

Schedule:

• 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, with state eligibility
• Demonstrated experience in a telemetry environment
• Proven skill in managing cardiac drips, specifically amiodarone and Cardizem
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality telemetry nursing care with vigilance and precision
• Administer and closely monitor cardiac drips per established protocols
• Accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and respond with timely interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care thoroughly and communicate updates with providers and families
• Demonstrate leadership in upholding evidence-based clinical standards
