Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license required
• Proficiency in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing
• Experience in float pool settings preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions may be considered)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for Med Surg and Telemetry patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and patient progress in medical records
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
