Registered Nurse - Telemetry - West Lebanon, New Hampshire

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Med Surg and Telemetry to join a dedicated float pool team on a contract basis. This position offers the chance to work across multiple nursing specialties and gain valuable experience in a supportive clinical setting.

Key Details:

• Rotating shift schedule; both days and nights are available
• 13-week contract duration

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing required
• Telemetry and Med Surg competency a must
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical/religious exemptions considered per guidelines)
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different units quickly
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care within Med Surg and Telemetry units as part of the float pool
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, therapies, and discharge plans
• Respond to emergencies and support patient needs in a fast-paced environment
