This position is responsible for managing and optimizing central sterile supply and surgical suite inventory processes, bringing a strategic lens to both daily workflow and long-term performance improvements.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- On-call, including some holiday and weekend responsibilities, as needed for department operations in a 24/7 environment
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in sterile processing, with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity
- Current CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician)
- CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) certification required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Demonstrated leadership ability in team development and performance management

- Proficiency in sterile processing technology and inventory management
- Experience with process engineering or business intelligence in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
