Qualifications & Experience:

• Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT or CRCST required)
• Proven experience as a Sterile Processing Technician in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Solid knowledge of sterilization techniques, decontamination processes, and infection prevention
• Familiarity with surgical instruments and medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow rigorous protocols
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment according to established procedures
• Inspect instruments for damage and ensure proper functionality
• Operate autoclaves and other sterilizing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, inventory, and equipment maintenance
