Qualifications:

• Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician
• Demonstrated experience in cleaning, inspecting, assembling, packaging, and sterilizing surgical instruments
• Knowledge of and compliance with sterilization standards and documentation requirements
• Ability to proactively coordinate case carts based on surgeon preference cards
• Strong organizational skills for supply rotation and inventory management
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and package surgical products for multiple departments
• Perform and document all required sterilization and disinfection processes
• Ensure compliance with all sterilization monitoring standards
• Prepare and distribute department supplies, anticipating procedural needs
• Maintain, stock, and rotate supplies, upholding sterile supply management principles
• Collaborate with surgical specialty teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of instruments and supplies
