Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in a hospital or surgical facility sterile processing department
  • Strong understanding of infection prevention and sterilization protocols
  • Ability to operate and maintain decontamination, cleaning, sterilizing, and storage equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, disinfect, assemble, sterilize, and store surgical instruments and equipment
  • Conduct regular sterilization monitoring and quality assurance checks
  • Accurately document processes in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Maintain inventory and manage instrument trays for surgery and clinical departments
  • Perform routine inspections for equipment cleanliness and functionality
  • Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to provide timely sterile supplies

$1,210 - $1,280/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
