- Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a sterile processing or central supply environment
- Comprehensive understanding of infection control procedures

Key Responsibilities:
- Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays according to rigid protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot a broad range of sterilization and disinfection equipment
- Conduct routine monitoring of sterilization cycles with appropriate documentation
- Distribute surgical supplies and instruments to the appropriate departments on schedule
- Support inventory control, including restocking and rotation of sterile goods
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Actively participate in ongoing performance improvement and quality assurance activities
