Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sterile Processing Technician
• Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician preferred, but non-certified techs with strong experience are encouraged to apply
• Solid understanding of infection control protocols and sterilization standards
• Ability to operate sterilization equipment accurately and safely
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and adept at maintaining documentation
• Team-focused with excellent communication skills

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments and equipment
